HILL Runner is new kind of running activity and race in Taiwan – relatively short and intensive run with significant elevation gain with finish on the top of chosen hill. Running up is preferred on trail, stone path, stairways and occasionally on road in very atractive areas. Increase runner’s physical ability in high intensity anaerobic activity.
The event doesn’t finish just on the top of hill, but participants have to come back down to race base in different way – purpose of this part is show beauty of Taiwan country side, or explore new trail and socialize runners during coming down and sharing their experiences.
Course of event will be announced online and runners can train it (few unofficially trainings with organizers before race) and observe their progress.
